The setting is pastoral yet only 15 minutes west of the Village of Catskill, 20 minutes west of the City of Hudson and 35 minutes north of the Town of Woodstock. New York City is two hours south.

wellaway is a 176-acre working farm and forest in Leeds, NY.  The land is half woods and half fields with three protected trout streams running through to Catskill Creek and the Hudson River. 

The property is very secure and accessible.  The farm owner lives here full-time and wellaway has all utilities, including broadband, and plenty of on-site parking.
